AI KIOSK · ERBIL
The question gets answered at 2am.
A touchscreen assistant that answers customers in Kurdish, Arabic or English — no queue, no staff member tied up, no closing time.

A screen that holds a conversation.
A kiosk is a screen, a voice and a body of knowledge about one place. Someone walks up, asks where a department is or what something costs, and gets a straight answer in the language they asked in.
Ask, in your own language.
- 01Touch or speakA visitor asks a question the way they would ask a person, by typing or speaking.
- 02It understands the language, not just the wordsKurdish, Arabic and English, including everyday spoken forms — not only formal written language.
- 03It answers, or hands overDirections, opening hours, prices, a booking. When it cannot help, it says so and points to someone who can.
Anywhere people arrive with a question.
What it can be given to do.
Two units, two configurations.

Hardware, software and the words it says.
What clients ask first.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes, for live information and conversation. A limited offline mode can be built if the location’s connection is unreliable.
Can it take payments?
That depends on the payment provider and the venue. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
What if it cannot answer?
It says so and offers a route to a person. It does not guess.
Can we update the content ourselves?
Yes. Directory entries, prices and opening hours are edited without touching the kiosk.
How many languages can it hold?
Kurdish, Arabic and English are built in. Others can be added.
Who installs it?
We do, in Erbil.
Tell us the room and who walks into it.
Give us the venue, the languages and the questions people actually ask. We will come back with the unit, the content and what it should be able to do.
